Obsessive Compulsive Disorder comes about in many forms – Whether it is obsessively repeating an action such as picking at your face or nail beds or obsessively having to check and re-check if something was done, having to wash your hands or having count certain objects – However it manifests, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder always boils down to a compulsive thought (or thoughts) running around in your head without a way for you to put an end to them.

Because of this, many of the techniques I use have proven to be extremely powerful at ending OCD because we can finally help you – at the unconscious level – stop obsessing on any particular thought.

What I have discovered from working with people afflicted by this condition is that when we help your mind learn to relax and, literally, “let go” of your thoughts AND when we help you feel safe in doing so, the compulsions very quickly come to a grinding stop.

Most clients also find that, as we work together, their self esteem rises and their stress levels drop dramatically due to the quietness that finally enters their minds and the release of fears attached to the compulsions in the first place.
