Do things ever get to the point for you where you feel like you just can’t take any more; or you just feel so overwhelmed and tired, but you know you have to keep pushing on?

Believe it or not, Stress is actually a very helpful state, BUT (and this is a BIG but) only when we know how to control our stress levels!
Stress truly does form a double-edged sword for us – If we had no stress in our lives, we would have no motivation to continue, but if we have too much of it, not only do we feel completely overwhelmed by the smallest of things, but it can (and eventually DOES) affect our health and bodies…

Together with this, it has been scientifically proven that when we are stressed, our actual way of thinking changes, our responses become exaggerated and our emotional tolerance reduces dramatically.
