When you come in for a one-on-one session, it is the figurative equivalent to putting down the instant macaroni and cheese and stepping into a five-star restaurant.

I have devoted my entire adult life to one thing and one thing only - Learning the fastest, most powerful and effective techniques to help people transform their lives... Not in months and years, but rather in hours and days; And for the entire duration of our session, every moment will be devoted to helping you achieve the result you intend. Session Procedure:

Although every personal session with me is unique, pretty much every session with me will begin with an interview / discussion concerning the issue you want to change and the results you are expecting to achieve.
My aim in this part of the session is to help you fully set up realistic and fully achievable outcomes and I will also be using specific conversational techniques to help move you through limiting thought, feeling and behavior patterns.

Once we have fully characterized the issue and decided on the ideal outcome to be expected, I will then lead you through a series of change-techniques specifically focused on your outcome. This may often involve relaxation, guided imagery or hypnosis, but sometimes it will consist of more active techniques better suited to quickly transforming your issues / limitations.

If hypnosis is used, I will describe and often demonstrate the hypnotic state for you if necessary - My intention being to make sure you feel fully comfortable with every stage of the session - and then I will guide you into a very relaxed and comforting state of mind. In that state, I will use one or many techniques to help you de-charge your emotions and feel more comfortable and resourceful with regards to the issue we were dealing with.

Once the change-work is done, we will then discuss your session and work on reinforcing the changes and on making sure they fully fit into your normal day-to-day life.

What else should I know about the session?

The most important point I can make about your session is that you have paid money and have come to me as your helper in resolving an issue that is plaguing your life. There is absolutely nothing for you to gain by, in any way, challenging my methods or refusing to be hypnotized.

You are always in complete control of the session and its outcome - I am not here to judge or criticize you and I am not here to tell you that your goals are bad or unworthy - Rather it is my job to use my specialized knowledge and tools to help you achieve what it is that you want to achieve in your life.

I promise to help you feel as comfortable as possible, but at the end of the day, it must be your decision to trust me and to let me help you!

Preparation for Your Session:

Although there is no real need for preparation, I do find that clients that take a few minutes before a session to figure out:
  • What specifically they would like to work on (the more specific, the better).
  • How making these changes will affect their lives.
  • Exactly how the problem currently presents itself in their lives.
Receive the fastest and most awe-inspiring results.

Also, wear comfortable clothing and try not to show up for the session either feeling too full or too hungry since either one could affect your ability to focus on relaxing.

Finally, please remember to complete the Session Readiness Test and to review the policies and procedures to further acquaint yourself with my sessions and what is exected of each of us.
