Appointments:

Personal sessions are by appointment only.
Sessions are offered at our office location at 600 N. Pine Island Rd, #439, Plantation, FL 33324. Appointments at locations more amenable to the client can be set up, but will include extra charges for travel and other related expenses.

Session Length:

Most sessions last between 50 minutes and 2 hours (most running for approximately 1.5 hours). Your session will be scheduled for 2 hours to allow for any possibility.

Session Fee:

Standard rate is $150 per session, regardless of length.
However, as stated above, should special arrangements be necessary - such as travel - additional fees will be charged to cover expenses.

Cancellation Policy:

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you call and notify us either in person or by leaving a message at least 24, but preferably 48 hours in advance. Clients failing to do so will be charged the appointment fee in full or refused future services.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice may not be scheduled for future appointments. Gift certificates may be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and for no shows.

Late Policy:

We respect your time as well as that of all of our other clients and one session running over-time can affect the remaining appointments for the entire day. For this reason, we request that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment as your session will begin precisely at its allotted time.

If you arrive late for your appointment, the remaining time will be used to its best advantage and your full appointment fee will be charged. If this occurs regularly, you may be refused future services.
If, for whatever reason, it is our fault for a session beginning late, the remaining time will be used (if possible) and you will either receive a discount, a discounted future appointment or will not be charged for the session at all.

Sickness Policy:

Due to the close proximity we share during your session, we ask that clients cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell or believe themselves to be contagious.

Scope of Practice:

We are not physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, or social workers, and we do not offer psychotherapy or medical advice. If you think you need these services, we would be happy to refer you to the appropriate professionals.

Should any situation or information arise during a session that our staff members feel should be treated or evaluated by a medical or mental health professional, we will inform you as such and will do our best in helping you find the appropriate person or facility to contact, but the responsibility falls upon you to follow through in doing so.

Confidentiality:

We will not release any information to anyone without written authorization from you, except as provided for by law.
